Introduction
The Overseas Campus of Ceylon (PVT) Limited, commonly known as the Overseas Campus of Ceylon is one of the leading campuses in Sri Lanka. The campus facilitates degrees such as Bachelor, Master, and Doctoral studies in various management, engineering, technology, science, arts, and education disciplines. The Overseas Campus of Ceylon has been affiliated with the UGC Sri Lanka-recognized foreign Universities; UK, USA, Asian, and Australasian Universities are among our affiliations. All the degrees conferred by those universities can be fully completed in Sri Lanka.
Challenge
Having a powerful website for a campus is crucial for creating a positive first impression because it frequently serves as the public’s initial point of contact with the institution. Therefore, the Overseas campus’s administration wanted its website to have an impact on the institution’s reputation and general image, which may result in more applications. For the campus website to provide instructors, students, and parents with a positive user experience, it is crucial to have a good web design.
Objectives
The Overseas Campus of Ceylon (PVT) Limited website’s main objective was to reach as many students and parents as possible at the correct moment when there was an intake nearby.
Solution
The newly designed website was created to enable admins to easily edit page content, images, and news, add new laptops and other items, and much more! Each section of the Laptop outlet had access to varied items of admins and had the confidence to change their own pages thanks to the website created with the latest technology.
Test & Launch
We tested this website on all the more commonly used browsers and devices to ensure everything was working properly. In addition, we made sure to test whether the ordering process happens correctly, whether all the categories are shown, and whether the searching option is working properly. Once we were sure nothing seemed out of place, we sent our work over to the team Laptop Outlet so they could test it out themselves.
Results
In the end, there has been a noticeable improvement in the Laptop Outlet website. The company was happy with the outcomes and believes that this new website will be crucial in helping to move its business in the right direction.
